Axtell used a 13-4 second quarter to carry a 23-12 lead into halftime over Onaga and ultimately take the game, finishing the contest with an 11-4 fourth quarter. The Eagles finished the first half on an 11-0 run and stretch that run to a 15-0 run through the first two minutes of the second half. Trisha Mathewson led Axtell with 15 points, while Anna Buessing scored 11 points. Shay Duer led Onaga with 14 points and Alexis VanDonge scored 9 points.
