TVL Tournament (at Washington County) - Consolation Game
Five guys in double figures and a solid performance from the free throw line led Linn to a win over Blue Valley 75-58 in consolation play in the TVL Tournament. The Bulldogs doubled up the Rams 20-10 after just the first quarter and led 38-27 at the half. Linn cemented the game firmly in their favor behind a 19-9 third quarter and secured the win. With the win Linn improved to 6-4 on the season and finished the TVL tournament 2-1. Chase McGatlin led Linn over Blue Valley with 20 points, while Evan Bott and Andrew Meyer each scored 13 points and Dillon Cooper posted 10 points. Blue Valley with the loss finished 0-3 in the tournament and sit at 0-11 on the year. In the loss the Rams were led by Bradley Young who scored 21 points hitting six three's, while Bryson Brockman tallied 17 points and Lane Peter added 14 points.
