Frankfort got off to a solid start leading 17-11 after the first quarter against Valley Heights but the Mustangs responded with a 22-10 second quarter and led 33-27 at the half going on to earn the win. Adrian Pishny led Valley Heights with 22 points and 14 rebounds, while Bryan Yungeberg scored 12 points hitting 7-8 free throws and Logan Woodyard chipped in 10 points. Frankfort was led by Adam Kenworthy who scored 13 points, while Mitchell Olson added 9 points.
