Hanover Wildcats are back in the 8-Man State title game for the third straight year with the Sub-State win over Pike Valley, this the Wildcats will compete for DII title after playing in DI game last two years.
Will Bruna threw for 151 yards on 5-7 passing including a 68-yards TD pass to Adam Zarybnicky, Will added 121 yards on 12 carries rushing and 2 TDs. Zarybnicky caught 4 passes for 101 yards with 2 TDs. Carter Bruna had TD run, while the Wildcats recorded a safety and Daiken Stallbaumer tossed a pair of TDs gong 6-6 for 106 yards. Cade Cohorst also snagged a TD pass and Lucas Dittmer added a TD run. The Wildcat defense notched their fifth shutout of the year and won via point-rule for the ninth time this season.
