Area boys wrestling teams competed at the Class 4A regional tournament on Saturday at Tonganoxie.
Teams competing were Nemaha Central, Perry-Lecompton, Atchison, Hiawatha, Jefferson West, Holton, and Silver Lake.
The top four wrestlers from each weight class qualified for the state tournament which will be in Salina on Feb.28-March 1.
Regional Champions included Harry Langill of Nemaha Central, Lucas Batz of Holton, Sean Morrissey of Holton, Kayden Clelland of Silver Lake, Kyler Jackson of Holton, and Osiris Unruh of Jefferson West.
Silver Lake and Holton were the lone two teams to finish inside the top five of the team standings as the Eagles finished in third with 150.5 points and the Wildcats in fourth with 140 points.
Tonganoxie won the tournament with 242 points while Santa Fe Trail finished in second place with 170.5 points.
