McLouth Boys, JCN Girls Win McLouth Invitational

McLouth Invitational – Results

Area cross country teams were in action Thursday night at the McLouth Invitational and the top area finishes came from the McLouth boys who took first and the Jeff County North girls who took first as well.

On the girl’s side JCN won the meet behind three top 15 finishes led by Sydney Meyers who won the meet while Zetta Noll claimed sixth and Makayla Ratzloff eighth.

Perry Lecompton finished just behind JCN in second with three more top 15 finishers led by Katheryn Bartlett who took fifth while Kassidy Schumann finished ninth and Kayla Hamm 11th.

McLouth added three more top finishers led Reagan Clark who finished second while Ash David took seventh and Baylee Wolfe 13th.

The final teams that had multiple top 15 finishers were Jeff West and Valley Falls as the Tigers got third and fourth place finished by Nova Chatham and Kristin Biltoft while the Dragons received a 10th place finish from Serena Noll and a 12th place finish from Renay Myers.

The top 15 were rounded out by Pleasant Ridge’s Alice Mattox who finished 14th while Maur Hill-Mount Academy’s Charlotte Haigh came in 15th.

On the boy’s side the McLouth won the meet behind five top 15 finishers led by Jared Plake who took second, Henry Cloyd third, August Forsberg sixth, Andrew Cloyd ninth and Dylan Stemmons 12th.

Jeff County North added four more top finishers to claim second as a team led by Trevor Pentlin who won the meet while Isaac Kane claimed fourth, Trent Meredith fifth, and Ricky Maginness 15th.

The third-place team finish came from Perry Lecompton who added three more guys in the top 15 with James Bartlett seventh, Boyd Sollars eight, and Reece Sollars 14th.

The top 15 was rounded out by Valley Falls and Jeff West as the Dragons got 10th and 11th place finishes from Thayer Coleman and Dawson Branam while the Tigers Conner Inman took 13th.
