Batman and Robin were at it again as the Centralia Panther duo of Kamble Haverkamp and Devon Feldkamp accounted for 483 yards and all six toucdowns in a dominating 46-12 Twin Valley League victory at Troy. The Panthers totaled 530 yards, but did allow 382, a week after holding Pitt Colgan to just 52 total yards in a 30-0 road win. Friday, Centralia (4-1) used a bend but don't break approach on defense and held Troy (2-3) scoreless on three long red zone drives to win their fourth straight game this season.

Haverkamp opened the scoring after the Centralia defense turned Troy over on downs at the five-yard-line and on the Panthers third offensive play, the senior spinner back got free for a 64 yard TD run.  Haverkamp added a 60 yard TD run in the second frame and a 65 yard touchdown score in the third period to finish with 315 yards on 23 carries.  He was also 3-5 passing for 66 yards, including a 37-yard touchdown pass to Feldkamp just two second before halftime that made the score 22-6.  Feldkamp rushed for a pair of touchdowns in the second half from one and 43 yards out to finish with 102 yards on 12 carries and the Panthers averaged 12 yards per carry as a team.

Troy had a chance to go into halftime even, but after turning the ball over on downs following an 11 play, 80-yard drive to start the game, they then scored early in the second quarter as Kipp Jasper hit Blaine Shellenberger on a 24-yard TD pass to make it 8-6.  It looked like a 16-6 game going into intermission but Troy punted with 14 seconds left and Haverkamp had a quick return to set up the TD pass to Feldkamp, which include several missed tackles.  Centralia went on to score 30 straight points, which was capped at 38-6 a few minutes into the fourth quarter when the Panthers drove 98 yards after stopping Troy again on downs at the two-yard-line.  Jasper hit Shellenberger on a five-yard touchdowns pass with 5:07 remaining.

Jasper finished with 100 yards rushing on 25 carries and Jacob Moore ran for 77 yards on 15 totes, including a 44 yard burst on the first Trojan offensive play of the game.  Jasper was 13-24 passing for 204 yards and a pair of scores to Shellenberger who caught seven passes for 84 yards.  Joey Parks was the homecoming king and had 82 yards and three receptions while Tate Smith added two grabs for 36 yards.  Troy will play at Jackson Heights next week to start 1A District play.

Centralia had drives of three, two and another two plays to score their first three touchdowns of the night. They went 5-6 on two-point conversions as Haverkamp and Feldkamp each ran one in and hooked up for a pass conversion as well.  Haverkamp also tossed a couple two-point passes to Corbin Becker. The Panthers start district play back home against Northern Heights next week.

For the season, Haverkamp and Feldkamp have now accounted for 1,888 of Centralia's 2,010 total yards of offense (90 percent).
