With the 2017 season in the books the Northeast Kansas League has awarded its postseason All-League honors. 

Valley Falls Dragons captured the NEKL title and three guys earned first team All-League honors. Dawson Gatzemeyer, Billy Coleman and Lucas Welborn picked up the first team honors at pitcher, infield and outfield. While, Tucker Sherretts snagged honorable mention honors at catcher for the Dragons. 

Oskaloosa Bears tied for second in the NEKL with Maur Hill-Mount Academy and made a trip to Class 3A State tournament after winning Regionals, making the programs first trip to State. Five Bears picked up first team All-NEKL honors as Jared Miller got the nod at catcher, Hunter Reed snagged the honors at pitcher and Cooper Thurston was named first team at infield. Triston Hopkins and Heath Knopp each earned first team honors at outfield and utility spots. Jerod Shufflebarger was named honorable mention All-League at pitcher for the Bears. 

A trio of Maur Hill-Mount Academy Ravens earned first team All-League honors at Noah Baniewicz and Abe Siebenmorgan each received the honors at pitcher and Colten Kocour got the nod at outfield. Honorable mention honors were earned by Jared Thibault for the Ravens. 

Pair of Pleasant Ridge Rams snagged first team All-NEKL honors as Tanner Morris and Reid Herken picked up the honors at infield and outfield, respectively. 

For McLouth it was Tanner Morris leading the All-League honors as he picked up All-League honors at infield, while Brady Troupe was named honorable mention at catcher.
