A trio of area girls golfers teed it up for one final time this season on Monday in the Class 4A State tournament in Hesston at the Hesston Golf Park. 

Holton Wildcats had both Sarah Holaday and Faith Holaday in action at the State tournament. Sarah carded a 96 on the day to finished tied for 39th on the day out of 89 competitors, while Faith shot a 120 to finish 84th. 

Jeff West Tiger, Miranda Hein also competed at the 4A State tournament and posted a round of 111 to finish 79th. 

The best round of the day belonged to a golfer from Wichita-Trinity who shot a 79 at the 4A State tournament.
