Falls City Sacred Heart Improves to 2-1

(KLZA)-- Class D2 top-ranked Falls City Sacred Heart defated Pawnee City 54-6 Friday night to improved to 2-1 on the season.  

Senior quarterback Austin Malone hit 8 of 10 pass attempts for 118 yards. Two of the passes went to Bailey Witt for touchdowns. One for 2 yards and one for 22 yards.   Malone also scored two times on runs of 5 and 2 yards. 

Runningback Sawyer Kean had 18 carries for 107 yards and two scored for the Irish and Henry Arnold scored a touchdown on a punt return.   Malone had two of the three pickoffs for the Irish defense. 

Pawnee City quarterback Voy Pearson threw a pass to Kory Kettelhake for the only score of the night for the Indians who fall to 1-1 on the year.
